Our mission.
The Hypno Academy exists to optimise professionals and raise the bar in the hypnotherapy industry. Our curriculum covers certified education in modern hypnotherapy, NLP, HNLP, coaching, body language and professional communication.
Our approach is science-based, informed by current research in brain neurology, and continuously updated. More than 70% of the course material is unique to the Academy — intellectually protected and, in parts, patented.
Headquartered in Las Vegas, with activities and in-person training throughout Europe. Programmes are delivered through a hybrid model — in-person teaching, live online sessions and eLearning — with personal mentoring during live classes and events.
A board-led institution.
Organisational decisions are made by the board and partners of The Hypno Academy LLC. This governance structure ensures the Academy operates as an institution rather than a single practice — with clear responsibility for curriculum, faculty standards and international relationships.
The Academy is partnered with six international organisations that support and approve the teaching material — Certified Examiner in six international accredited professional organisations, board membership in three.

Martin Castor
Martin Castor founded The Hypno Academy and today serves as Founder, Head Trainer & Content Developer. He is Vice President & Board Member of ACHE (chair of Marketing & Conference), Vice President, Co-Founder and Board Member of ISAHt, a Certified HNLP Trainer by John Overdurf, and advisory board member of ICBCH and IHF. His work bridges complex scientific content into accessible, modern training — drawing on a 4.5-year degree in photography, editing and journalism alongside 25+ years of hypnosis practice.
