When you can use this form
Use this notice if you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal — normally 14 days for distance contracts in the EU, EEA and the UK — and you wish to withdraw from an enrolment with The Hypno Academy LLC.
Please note that our programmes are digital products delivered with immediate access. At checkout you expressly request that access and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once it is opened. Where that request, acknowledgement and our written confirmation are in place and access has been opened, the right no longer exists and this form does not apply. Section 6 and section 7 of our Terms & Conditions explain this and our no-refund policy in full.
The form is therefore for enrolments where access has not yet been opened, where you asked us to delay access, or where the express acknowledgement was not obtained. You do not have to use this exact wording: any clear statement that you are withdrawing is enough, and sending it before the deadline expires is sufficient even if it reaches us afterwards.
What happens next
We confirm receipt of your notice by email. Any refund due is paid with the same payment method you used, without undue delay and within 14 days of us being informed of your decision, unless the law allows a proportionate deduction as described in our terms.
Withdrawing does not affect your separate rights if what we delivered was defective or not as described.
