Is this you?

This is for you if…

  • 01You want a structured way of working with trauma-related material that does not ask the client to retell or relive the experience in detail.
  • 02You are a practitioner inside or outside hypnotherapy — around half of TCT practitioners come from other professions.
  • 03You want clear screening criteria and a defensible sense of where your scope ends and referral begins.
  • 04You want conversational, field-usable tools as well as a full session protocol.
  • 05You want trauma-informed education with honest limits rather than promises of guaranteed results.
Honest guidance

Choose another path if…

  • —You are looking for a method that promises to cure trauma or guarantee results — no such promise is made here.
  • —You want to work with acute crisis, suicidality or complex clinical presentations outside your qualifications.
  • —You want performance hypnosis rather than careful, trauma-informed practitioner work.
After the programme

What you can confidently do.

01

Screen responsibly: recognise what is within your scope, what is not, and how to refer well.

02

Prepare a client and set expectations without requiring a detailed account of the event.

03

Establish regulation and stable attention before any processing begins.

04

Apply the C.E.R.I. induction to guide attention and state.

05

Use the Frustrate Response and Dream Arm techniques as taught, with clear indications.

06

Run the Castorian Trauma Collapse protocol step by step, at the client's pace.

07

Integrate resources with Prime Peak and coaching-based consolidation.

08

Close a session properly and structure follow-up, aftercare and documentation.

Applications

Situations these methods may be applied to.

Practitioner settings

  • ·Hypnotherapists adding a structured, trauma-informed protocol
  • ·Coaches, counsellors and bodyworkers working within their own scope
  • ·Professionals supporting first responders and uniformed personnel

Client situations

  • ·Clients who do not want to describe an event in detail
  • ·Clients carrying a single distressing memory or recurring reaction
  • ·Clients who need careful pacing and clear boundaries

Trauma Collapse Technique™ is professional education and certification, not medical or psychological treatment and not a treatment guarantee. Nothing in the training promises a cure, instant results, success on the first attempt, or an outcome for every kind of trauma, and it is not a treatment for PTSD. Participants must work strictly within their own qualifications and local law. Acute or complex symptoms, suicidality, or any need outside your scope require licensed clinical care and a timely referral.

The method

The TCT sequence

TCT is taught as a responsible sequence rather than a single trick. You begin with preparation and scope, establish regulation and stable attention, move into structured processing only when the client is ready, consolidate with resource integration, and close with follow-up. The method is designed so the client does not need to retell the event in detail. Application always depends on the practitioner's qualifications, competence and context, and the training makes no diagnostic or treatment guarantees.

  1. 01Preparation and scope — screening, consent, boundaries and referral criteria
  2. 02Regulation and attention — settling the nervous system and stabilising focus
  3. 03Structured processing — the protocol applied step by step at the client's pace
  4. 04Resource integration — consolidating strengths, meaning and forward orientation
  5. 05Follow-up — closure, aftercare, documentation and review
Learning experience

How the training is taught

Each technique is introduced in context, demonstrated on video, then rehearsed with a written session outline in hand. You practise in structured rounds, review recorded case examples, and learn to recognise early on when a client's needs sit outside your scope and a referral is the right professional response.

Curriculum

What you will study.
